I was in a values and leadership meeting the other day, working with this higher up in a team building exercise.

We were to write down what a leader working with kindness would look like. I suggested that they would be compassionate. This man said

fear is a distortion of Love.
control is a distortion of Trust.
distress is a distortion of Desire.

These are the simple yet revolutionary lessons I’ve received from my Inner Voice over the past few years.
