My Story

I was raised in a small town in Central Massachusetts. I went to Catholic Schools from K-12. It was there that I first learned about God and spirituality. My senior year of high school, I took a World Religions course and my life changed. Well, it began to shift. The beginning of that school year was coincidently the first time I experimented with hallucinogens. And by the end of the summer leading into it, I hit a major rock bottom, realizing I had an extremely toxic relationship with alcohol. Half way through my 17th year, without even realizing it, I began to experience a shift in consciousness that would eventually lead me to the path I am on now.

Astrology

In 2015, I began hearing about the notorious Saturn Return and profections, a traditional Hellenistic timing technique. Hungry for insight and answers, I started studying natal charts and current transits. I quickly found myself falling in love with Astrology all over again. Diving deeper into my cosmic story has helped me get to know myself on an unexpected and transformative level. It’s also given me an opportunity to look back on my life, realizing patterns and events that happened which I completely forgot about. This helped me heal so many parts of myself and gain a better understanding of my life, my family, my relationships, my career, purpose—everything. My focus is in Hellenistic astrology and I have studied under Chris Brennan.

The

Awakened Self

In the fall of 2018, I read A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle the truly brought me into a trajectory of a new life. I had been listening to Jess Lively’s podcast, The Lively Show. Ever since then, I have been on a journey of deepen my relationship with my Inner Voice and redeveloping the relationship I have with the mind. In the summer of 2020, I completed Jess Lively’s first round of Inner Voice facilitator training and became a certified IVFT guide.

I refer to these sessions as the Awakened Self, because for many of us, we are reawakening this deeper part of our Source Essence. We are reconnecting to part of ourselves we may have lost touch with, but was always there.

YOGA

My mother registered me in dance classes when I was 4. What was at first a way to keep me active and healthy eventually developed into one of my greatest passions. Though I was part of a competition team, dance was much more personal for me. The floor became my home away from home. It didn’t matter if it was at the studio, on stage, at my house or my friend’s, when I was moving my body in flow with the music, I felt like me. I felt centered, grounded, at ease, expressive. Words I didn’t know then but have found through my yoga practice. Through my journey with yoga I have learned new language and understandings of how I have always come home to myself. When I was younger, dance was an escape. As I’ve growth, through practice of intention and awareness, dance, yoga and movement are ways I come back to myself and get present.
