My Approach

My teaching is focused in a Hatha Yoga approach. I teach through slow movements with a heavy focus on connecting with the breath. I believe in strength through awareness. I believe in release through love. I feel that yoga is the perfect modality to explore not only healing your body but also your mind.
I can help you become more flexible. I can help you build a strong core that shows as solid muscle. I can guide you through advanced asanas or a handstand. But I can also help you find a deeper connection between your body, mind and soul or Self.
